We go up there frequently to enjoy the unique businesses and small town charm that Salem lacks. They even have little signs on the parking meters that say "your parking fees improve Silverton" (or something like that). Nice to see that small towns can lead.<br /><br />Many smaller towns also outcompeted Salem for Connect Oregon money too. Curtnoreply@blogger.com
