In the 1924 Polk...Here's an incremental bit...<br /><br />In the 1924 Polk Directory, Adam Engel is listed as a "Building Contractor" and as living at 1420 North 5th Street.<br /><br />In the 1930/31 Directory, he's listed as the "Manager" of the Royal Court Apartments at 1000 Chemeketa.<br /><br />So.
