There are lots of institutions and people who benefit from city of Salem services and infrastructure that, because of our current tax policies, contribute little or nothing to their support: state government, a university, a hospital, thousands of commuters and people who really live in the urban area but outside artificial city boundaries.'<br /><br />I wonder if it would be interesting to analyze in more detail the double-whammy from taking property off the tax rolls and consolidating property in superblocks.Salem Breakfast on Bikeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15618055627843335993noreply@blogger.com
