There's really only one matter of significance at Council tonight - and it's not even on the agenda. Before the 6:30pm Council meeting, at 5:30pm in the Anderson Room at the Library Council and the Planning Commission will hold a joint worksession for the Bike and Walk Salem Plan.
Staff and Consultants will give a presentation and likely entertain questions and informal discussion.
Then, on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at City Council Chambers, 555 Liberty Street SE, the Planning Commission will hold a formal Public Hearing.
