- Annual Financial Reports for the Urban Renewal Agency and for the City of Salem. These merit a closer reading, but it'll have to be another time. Maybe someone else will.
- Proclamation on Black History Month
- A purchase of 17.5 acres for $1.5 million on Rees Hill Road and a future alignment of Lone Oak Road.
- An information report on the prospective tree removal near the new Police Station. The Staff Report says "The City is actively supporting non-vehicular travel by making investments in new bike lanes, such as on Liberty Street NE and Division Street NE..." but I sure haven't seen any new bike lanes indicated for Division Street. This appears at least partially to be a kind of bikewash.
